2. Hardware Purchases
Hardware purchases (TapBoost review stands and related equipment) are generally final. Because each stand is assembled and programmed to your account, we typically do not accept returns or issue refunds for hardware once an order has been processed and shipped. If your hardware arrives defective, damaged, or fails to arrive, please refer to our Shipping Policy and contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
3. Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed. Your subscription term, billing, and renewal are governed by the TapBoost Service Agreement accepted at checkout (if applicable) and our Terms of Service. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us so we can investigate.

We ask that you contact TapBoost before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing and fulfillment concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably when raised directly.
